I would like to express my satisfaction and appreciation to ServiceMaster of Chippewa Valley for their recent completion of a restoration of one of my newer single family rental homes.  All the affected areas of fire and water damage were restored to like-new.  ServiceMaster of Chippewa Valley has state-of-the-art equipment for treating smoke and water damage.  Swift action two days after the fire save the insurance companies money.

ServiceMaster of Chippewa Valley also served me well on a storm serer backup into an office bulidng 6/11/11.  Once again, I called and they responded within an hour and used a large riding water extraction unit to remove water.  They installed large volume dehumidification units to dry out the office building.

I have worked with all of Mike Koenig's workers and found them to be professional to the finish.

We don't have enough words in our vocabulary to express the relief we felt with the help of ServiceMaster Chippewa Valley. 

We had a home fire... and everything in our home had to be removed, cleaned, and stored.  We let ServiceMaster do the planning, sub-contracting, clean up and moving.  His staff did an excellent job and performed above our expectations.

The subcontractors for carpentry, electric, heating and flooring were professional, efficient, knowledgable, and easy to work with.  Their quality of workmanship was of the highest standards.
